Whether you're staying in one of our luxury lodges and fancy a night off self-catering, or you're a local looking for a welcoming spot to unwind over a delicious meal, our restaurant is ready to serve up something special.
The new menu is full of comforting classics with a Mole twist—like shepherd’s pie with cheddar mash, beef dripping battered haddock, and slow-cooked belly of Devon pork. All crafted with care, using seasonal ingredients and plenty of flavour.

Tuck into comforting classics
The new line-up is designed with everyone in mind—from little ones to grown-up foodies. Children can enjoy two-course favourites like pasta with roasted tomato sauce or breaded pollock and fries, while adults can tuck into everything from Exmoor sirloin steaks to Romero Pepper Paella.
There’s also a refreshed selection of plant-based plates and lighter options, and desserts to make you smile—like the Sticky Toffee Pudding with clotted cream, or Iced Raspberry Parfait with oat crumb.
Whether you’ve spent your day adventuring in the countryside or relaxing in the hot tub, the new menu is the perfect excuse to come together, slow down, and enjoy food that feels familiar, but elevated.
