At The Mole Resort, we take Sunday Roast seriously, serving up a feast that brings people together over plates of beautifully prepared, locally sourced ingredients.
Served every Sunday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM, our Sunday Roast is crafted with care, using only the finest seasonal produce from the heart of Devon. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase the quality and flavor of the region’s best ingredients, from tender meats sourced from trusted local farms to freshly picked vegetables that celebrate the changing seasons.
Our roast selection includes expertly cooked John May beef, slow-roasted to perfection for rich, deep flavor, succulent chicken breast for a lighter yet equally indulgent choice, and a delicious brie and beetroot tart, offering a hearty vegetarian alternative. Each roast is served with crisp, golden roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding, a selection of vibrant root vegetables and greens, and our rich, signature gravy made from scratch.
