Afternoon Tea

Indulge in a quintessentially Devon experience with Afternoon Tea at The Mole Resort. Enjoy an elegant selection of finger sandwiches featuring Smoked Salmon, Roast Exmoor Beef with Horseradish, and Turkey with Cranberry, accompanied by the timeless duo of plain and golden raisin buttermilk scones. Served with rich Devon clotted cream and your choice of strawberry or blackcurrant jam, the scones are a true local treat.

Available daily 3pm - 5pm (bookings to be made by 10.30am on the day)
Cheese and Wine Tasting

Indulge in a delightful evening at The Mole Resort as our team presents an exquisite selection of cheeses sourced from the heart of the Southwest. Our chef has meticulously curated a range of artisan cheeses, each with its unique flavour profile, to offer you an unforgettable tasting journey. To elevate your experience, these cheeses will be expertly paired with five carefully chosen wines.

This experience is available on the first Friday of every month. £35 per person.

Cocktail Masterclass

Whether you're a cocktail novice or a seasoned connoisseur, our cocktail masterclass is the ideal activity to enjoy with family and friends. Start the class with a perfectly crafted seasonal cocktail and a selection of bar snacks. Our team will then share some insider tips before guiding you in creating three signature cocktails—perfect for impressing at your next dinner party.

This experience is offered on the first Saturday of every month. £35 per person.
